At Crest Creations, we are committed to delivering high-quality vector artwork and proofing services with accuracy and efficiency. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations are available. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Where applicable, any tax charged on the refunded amount will also be refunded.
You may cancel an order before our team starts work on it. We will refund your payment in full.
If work has started, we will consider cancellation requests case by case. We may issue a partial refund based on the work completed.
Express orders that require immediate processing cannot be cancelled once work has started.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory laws that cannot be excluded, including consumer protection laws in your country (for example, the Australian Consumer Law, UK consumer legislation, or India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where it applies). If those laws give you greater rights than this policy, those rights apply.
